With the announcement on Wednesday, March 15 of the unexpected closing of the « Grand Hôtel Alpha », the staff of the hotel and restaurant was shocked. Nevertheless, the staff once more showed generosity, having the good idea to offer all foodstuffs contained in their fridges and warehouses to the Stëmm vun der Strooss asbl. Their transformation and their distribution have immediately been handled by the « Stëmm Caddy ».
As a partner of long time of the Stëmm, the « Brasserie Alpha » has open his doors 5 years in a row, to offer a gastronomical meal to more than 150 people in the need.
