Kleiderboerse Cappellen and Dippech Hëlleft support the Stëmm with 4 000 €

On Wednesday 7th December 2016, the Stëmm vun der Strooss was honoured to be awarded a donation of 4 000 € by representatives of the Kleiderbörse Capellen and the asbl. Dippech Hëlleft. The president of Dippech Hëlleft John Bei and the president of the Kleiderbörse Cappellen Evelyn Gschwindt presented the check to Stëmm director Alexandra Oxacelay at the municipality of Dippach. The money has been collected during second hand markets organized yearly through the close collaboration between the two organisations.

Alexandra Oxacelay has emphasized that the funds will be used to finance the traditional Christmas party, which will take place on Thursday December 22nd at the Centre Culturel in Bonnevoie this year. The party is a key event of the association: More than 300 persons in need will be served a festive meal and will be surprised with presents. Four members of Dippech Hëlleft and the Kleiderbörse will be volunteering during the party, where they will be managing the big raffle.
