Press release : Hygiene kits for the Stëmm

On Tuesday 19 September, the Stëmm vun der Strooss was able to receive a considerable number of hygiene kits donated by Amazon. A total of 2000 kits were provided under the initiative of Sahaaj Kumar, Senior Product Manager at Amazon.

A few months earlier, 300 hygiene kits of the "Clean the World Europe" brand were delivered to the charity's "Kledederstuff". This time, Alexandra Oxacelay, Director of Stëmm, and Bob Ritz, Communications Officer, were invited to the company headquarters in Kirchberg. Here they were able to present the activities of Stëmm to a group of 30 international Amazon executives.

The 2000 kits were packed up in a good-natured atmosphere, with discussions on social exclusion and plans for new initiatives in the near future.

Hygiene kits will be distributed at the various Stëmm Kleederstuff. They are open at :

Hollerich (7, rue de la Fonderie): Tuesday to Friday by appointment, appointment the day before at 3pm from Monday to Thursday.

Esch-sur-Alzette (32, Grand Rue): Monday to Friday from 12:30 to 16:00 by appointment, appointment the day before at the social restaurant (112, rue du Canal) from 11:30 to 15:00.
