Press release: Lëtz get did sport for the benefit of the Stëmm vun der Strooss

Lëtz get fit is a fitness boot camp, a group of sports enthusiasts who meet every day in Merl Park to train together. On the initiative of Aoife Sheehan, a fundraising event to help the Stëmm was organised on Saturday 18 December at 10 am.
Under the motto 1000-Burpee-Challenge for Christmas, the members of Lëtz get fit went all out to raise money. A considerable sum of 620 € was collected. The official handover took place on Wednesday 22 December on the training field in Park Merl. This was an opportunity to explain to the athletes what the Stëmm’s work looks like and how the needy are helped on a daily basis.
Aoife Sheehan was happy to start similar activities in the future and invited Bob Ritz, Communications Officer of the Stëmm, to participate once in the training. The Stëmm vun der Strooss would like to thank Lëtz get fit for this creative fundraiser.
