Press release : The schoolchildren of the Berdorf community have a big heart

For the first time since 2020, the Parents’ Association of the municipality of Berdorf has organised a collection of chocolates and sweets for the benefit of Stëmm recipients. This is a tradition in the municipality, which has regularly organised similar campaigns before the pandemic.

This year, for one week, the school children could bring the chocolates they had too much of. It was thanks to the “Kleeschen” and the “Liichtmëssdag” that the children had plenty of chocolate which they were happy to give to people in need.

The five fully filled boxes were handed over to Bob Ritz, Communications Officer for the charity, on Monday 6 March 2023, in the presence of the teachers and of course the pupils. He congratulated them: “Today you are all little heroes and the fact that you give to someone who has less deserves a lot of praise”.
