Press release: TK Elevator donates €1000 to the Stëmm vun der Strooss

On Wednesday 15 December, the Stëmm vun der Strooss received a visit from Clément Wampach, director of TK Elevator. The company, which specialises in lifts, escalators and stairlifts, has been awarded the Entreprise RSE label, has 43 employees and is based in Contern.

For Clément Wampach, it was clear that his company wanted to contribute to the charity’s biggest project to date: the new “Caddy 2” facility in Sanem. He therefore presented a cheque for €1,000 to the Stëmm management, represented by Alexandra Oxacelay and Arnaud Watelet, communications officer Bob Ritz and Simon Pierrard. This meeting was an opportunity for the association to present in detail the project for which the donation will be used. The main objectives are to recruit 40 additional people who will benefit from a professional reintegration measure and to process 500 tonnes of food that will be collected and redistributed free of charge thanks to the Stëmm’s partnership with the Auchan hypermarket.

A tour of the premises at 7, rue de la Fonderie in Hollerich then took place and the guest was introduced to the various activities of the association.
