The music label Homeless engaged for the good cause

On the initiative of Jeff Schlechter from the music label “Homeless”, an event called “Homeless for Charity” took place on 8th of May, to support the association Stëmm vun der Strooss. This label is known for organizing electro parties. The party crew identifies itself with the name Homeless, as they often go to long parties at weekends and are therefore not much at home. How this initiative came about was explained by Jeff Schlechter, also known under the stage name Peacemaker,as follows: “If we identify ourselves with the name Homeless, we believe that we should do something for the good cause and thus support the homeless!”

The event, with free admission, took place in the Café Rocas and each of the approximately 70 guests had the opportunity to make a voluntary donation at the entrance to support the association Stëmm vun der Strooss. Thus, a sum of 205.80 € came together, and the donation delivery took place in the afternoon of 13th of May in the premises of the Stëmm in Hollerich.

Alexandra Oxacelay, manager of the Stëmm vun der Strooss pointed out: “I would like to sincerely thank all the generous donors and all those involved in the organization. Many thanks also go to Dj’s Kopla Bounce, Alex Nau, Dj Sav, Phat Eric and Ayzen, who volunteered to invest their time for charity by mixing their music at this event. This engagment has no prize.”
