The primary school from Fentange supported the Stëmm vun der Strooss with a fundraiser

The primary school from Fentange offered the Stëmm vun der Strooss a donation of €1,500 on 21 April 2021. This year, a group of pupils called “Kannerparlament”, consisting of one child from each age group, presented the cheque to the Stëmm representative.

In order to raise as much money as possible, the primary school from Fentange had the idea to organise a calendar sale, which were sold at 10€ each. This is not the first time that the pupils have been involved in a good cause. The charity campaign of the school from Fentange has existed since 2007. Every year, the school organises a winter market and also donates the proceeds to people in need.

The pupils’ greatest wish is to help the homeless and thanks to their commitment, the Stëmm vun der Strooss is able to distribute sleeping bags to disadvantaged people. The Stëmm wholeheartedly thanks the Fentange school for this collection campaign and is proud that even the youngest in our society are helping those who need it most.
