A new mixer for the Stëmm vun der Strooss thanks to the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse

At the start of the Covid-19 crisis, the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte helped Stëmm vun der Strooss with the funding of a professional food mixer. This enabled people benefiting from a professional reintegration measure within Hollerich’s kitchen to work more efficiently.
“Working conditions have improved considerably since the purchase of the mixer. Now cooks can quickly make soups, mashed potatoes and more. In addition, with this new tool, it is possible to serve desserts at regular intervals, which contributes to increasing the satisfaction of our customers,” underlined the director of Stëmm vun der Strooss, Alexandra Oxacelay. This is not the first time that the Œuvre Nationale de Secours Grande-Duchesse Charlotte has supported Stëmm vun der Strooss: in 2015 it financed the construction of a barn for their post therapy centre in Schoenfels.
