Press release: Lycée Guillaume Kroll Grammar - a loyal partner of the Stëmm

...

If one had to highlight particularly committed high school students, one would not pass by the pupils of the Lycée Guillaume Kroll. In 2021, students had collected clothes, hygiene items and non-perishable food to support the beneficiaries of the Stëmm vun der Strooss. A donation worth €1 750 was then presented to the charity - an impressive sum that had been raised at the high school’s traditional Christmas party.

And it was precisely this event that once again supported the good cause. The end-of-year 2022 Christmas market was so successful that it was possible to hand over a further donation of 650€ to the Stëmm.

The official handover of the donation took place on Tuesday, 11 July, on the occasion of the end-of-year party of the grammar school. The school management, represented by Deputy Principal Bertrand Goergen and Assistant Principal Marie Degée, presented the generous cheque to Communications Officer Bob Ritz and volunteer Dany Frank, who expressed their sincere thanks to the students present and enjoyed the good atmosphere at the end of the school year.

Bob Ritz stated, "It's great to see the young people so engaged and that donations are made on their own initiative to organisations of their choice."
