Press release: Rotaract Club Luxembourg once again support the projects of Stëmm vun der Strooss
The Rotaract Club of Luxembourg is a global community of adults between the ages of 18 and 30 who take action in their communities, develop their leadership, professional skills and promote global friendship and understanding. Following their annual Fundraising for Kleeschen event, Rotaract raised a total of €3,697 to support Stëmm vun der Strooss projects for the second year running.
To honour this generous donation, Stëmm vun der Strooss invited the Rotaract Club to visit their premises in Hollerich for a thank you drink on 10th May 2022. Represented by Lana Stetchi, Vice President, Justine Claude, Treasurer, and Demetra Mintseva, Fundraising Coordinator, the Rotaract Club of Luxembourg presented a generous cheque to Bob Ritz, Communications Officer at the Stëmm vun der Strooss.
The meeting was a perfect opportunity to discuss various issues related to social problems. It also was a perfect moment for the Stëmm vun der Strooss to show them around their headquarters in hopes for the club to get a better picture and/or gain a greater understanding of the work that has been and is currently being done by the association.
The Rotaract members, who are interested in the various institutions of the Stëmm vun der Strooss, are proud to be able to contribute to the Caddy 2 project, which is where the donation will be headed. The Caddy 2 project is set to enable the professional integration of 90 people who will find a work rhythm and team spirit again and so exist in the eyes of society.
Bob Ritz once again expresses his sincere thanks to the entire Rotaract Club and is very much looking forward to their next meeting.
